This stimulating workshop provides an overview of the five dysfunctions of a team through simple, easily understood, real life examples. The subject of brave leadership is also woven into the session as a sub theme. The original model, created by Patrick Lencioni, will be shared and applied to typical examples of team practices in the SME environment. This is an upbeat interactive session full of real life examples which bring the model to life.
The session will show how teams can perform to their optimum even in the most challenging business environments and feel inspired to address or possible readdress any identified dysfunctions in their teams. The session highlights the need for courageous leadership as leverage for high performing teams and the practical realities of achieving this.
